The Julius Maada Bio Leadership Colloquium (JMBLC) is a premier high-level platform for critical reflection, strategic dialogue, and knowledge exchange on leadership that is visionary, accountable, inclusive, and transformational.
Convened annually in Sierra Leone, the Colloquium brings together heads of state, policymakers, academics, civil society, private sector leaders, and Africa’s next generation to examine the principles driving sustainable development across the continent.
Using Sierra Leone’s own reform experience under President Julius Maada Bio as a key reference point, it anchors African leadership discourse in African realities — not borrowed theory.
